Terms that keep Pace fair.
These terms are here to make expectations clear while you use Pace, your everyday AI assistant. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the basics below.

Using Pace
You must be old enough and authorized to use Pace in your region. Keep your sign-in details secure, give us accurate account information, and use the service in a way that follows applicable laws. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text, files, and instructions you provide. You give Pace permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Responsible use
Pace can help you think, plan, write, and organize, but it is not a substitute for your judgment. Review important outputs before acting on them. Do not use Pace to harm people, break the law, invade privacy, or build systems that put others at risk.
Plans and billing
If you choose a paid plan, you agree to the price and billing terms shown at checkout. Plans renew as described when you subscribe. You can cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting us; cancellation does not undo charges already made.
Availability and changes
We are always improving Pace, so parts of the service may change, pause, or be retired. We will make a reasonable effort to communicate material changes. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will handle any applicable credits or refunds according to the plan terms.
Ending an account
You can stop using Pace at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that create security, legal, or serious operational risk. When an account ends, your right to use the service ends as well, while provisions that need to survive — such as ownership, payment, and limitations of liability — continue to apply.
Questions
If you have a question about these terms, reach out through the contact details on the Pace website. We are happy to clarify how the service works.
