Privacy, at Pace.
Pace is built to help you move through your day — not to turn your work into a product. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What Pace collects
We collect the information you choose to share with Pace, such as your name, email address, workspace details, and the instructions or content you ask Pace to work with. We also receive basic product and device information so we can keep the service reliable.
How we use it
Pace uses your information to provide the assistant, remember the preferences you ask us to remember, improve product performance, answer support requests, and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Your control
You can review, update, or delete account information by contacting us. You can also choose what you connect to Pace and which memories the assistant keeps. If you close your account, we will remove or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, unless we need to retain it for legal or security reasons.
Security and sharing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate Pace, when required by law, or when you ask us to connect another service. Those providers are expected to protect the information they receive.
Questions
If something here is unclear, reach out through the contact details on the Pace website. We will do our best to give you a clear answer.
